Materials and Products

Return Eligibility

Materials and products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original, unused condition
  • Original packaging is included and intact
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is provided
  • The item has not been customized or altered

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized materials
  • Materials that have been used or partially consumed
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Perishable or time-sensitive materials

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within the 14-day return window:

  • Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for return authorization and instructions
  • Package the item securely in its original packaging
  • Ship the item to the address provided

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5-10 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped

Workshop Registrations

Cancellation Policy

Workshop registrations may be cancelled or transferred according to the following terms:

  • 14+ days before workshop: Full refund or free transfer to another workshop
  • 7-13 days before workshop: 50% refund or free transfer to another workshop
  • Less than 7 days before workshop: No refund, but transfer may be available for a fee

Cancellation Process

To cancel a workshop registration:

  • Contact us via email or phone as soon as possible
  • Provide your registration confirmation number
  • Specify whether you want a refund or transfer
  • Allow 5-7 business days for refund processing

Workshop Cancellations by Us

If we need to cancel a workshop due to circumstances beyond our control, we will:

  • Notify registered participants as soon as possible
  • Offer a full refund or transfer to another workshop
  • Do our best to reschedule if possible

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Request photos of the damage or defect
  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label if needed
  • Process a full refund or replacement at no additional cost
  • Expedite the resolution process

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
